5. Update on Prop 84 Drought Round and Final Round of IRWM Implementation Projects in the Watershed – Project leads will give a brief (1-2 minute) update and answer questions about each of the projects funded through the past two rounds of Prop 84

6. IRWM Plan Update – Lynn Rodriguez, Watersheds Coalition of Ventura County
In order to be eligible for funding through the Prop 1 IRWM grant program, portions of the Watersheds Coalition of Ventura County (WCVC) IRWM Plan need to be updated. Lynn Rodriguez will update the group on the required changes including those that will require active participation by the three watershed groups including the Lower Santa Clara River
7. Greatest Water Needs in the Santa Clara River Watershed - Discussion - Everyone
A central element in the IRWM Plan update will be re-visiting and re-defining the greatest needs within each of the watersheds in the Region. We will start with group discussion about near-term and long-term water related needs/goals. As a group we will re-visit the needs and priorities discussed in the Santa Clara River Watershed Section of the IRWM Plan and the California Water Action Plan. Aligning these sets of needs will be critical in developing, reviewing, and recommending projects for implementation funding.
